Store Policy for Tropitone® Replacement Cushions & Slings

Minimum Order of $1500. Required for Free Shipping of Replacement Cushions.

Minimum Order of $150. Required for Free Shipping of Replacement Slings.

Tropitone® Replacement Cushions & Slings are Special Order Products which cannot be Returned to the Tropitone Factory due to Customer error. Please Email Photos of your items to for positive identification prior to placing an order.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Pennsylvania are subject to 6% Sales Tax. We do not collect sales tax for orders delivered to other states.

Freight Costs

We include Free shipping on any Tropitone® Replacement Cushion & Sling purchase delivered within the 48 Contiguous United States and do not ship outside this region.  Oversized items and West Coast Shipments are subject to review.

Terms of Payment for Tropitone Replacement Cushion Orders

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & AmEx. Payment in full is required at the time your cushion order is placed. This is needed to insure that Tropitone can immediately ship your order when completed. All replacement cushion orders are drop-shipped directly from Tropitone® via FedEx, UPS or Common Carrier to your home.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your Tropitone purchase will be produced on a Special Order basis using your individual choice of fabric. As with all Special Orders there are absolutely No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds permitted.

Right of Refusal

Tropitone® Replacement Cushions by Wicker East reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason deemed necessary.

Fabric Disclaimer

Many of the fabric images shown on this website have been individually scanned in an attempt to represent colors most accurately. Please be aware that actual fabric colors may widely differ due to conditions such as visual perception, dye lot variations and video monitor settings. Please  contact us with any specific concerns prior to ordering.

Fabrics & Cut Yardage

Ordering/Delivery Times for Tropitone Replacement Cushions & Slings 

Tropitone® will currently ship your order within about 10-12 weeks from the time it is received and placed with the factory. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped from Tropitone® . Please allow about (1) additional week for transit time to your home. You will be notified in the event of any delay due to out of stock or discontinued fabrics. Please place your order far enough in advance to allow for minor delays which may sometimes occur, particularly during peak ordering season from April to July.

Cancelation and Order Changes

After we receive your Tropitone order an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please punctually check the accuracy of all the information and report any corrections within 24 hours. Orders which we submit to Tropitone are promptly scheduled for production. "Production" is defined as the cutting of the fabrics for cushions or slings.

Receiving Guidelines for Tropitone Replacement Cushions & Slings

Most Tropitone® replacement cushion & sling orders are shipped prepaid via FedEx or UPS & delivered to your door. Oversized orders will be delivered via common carrier residential curbside delivery.  Freight damage to cushions is extremely rare. If you discover concealed damage to your cushions or any other discrepancy, such as factory shortage or error, please do not discard the cartons and contact us immediately for instructions. The packing slip which is attached to one of the cartons may assist in determining the problem. Tropitone® policy requires the submission of digital photos from the consumer to substantiate claims of this nature. All replacement items will be sent to you at no additional cost. Failure to comply with the Receiving Guidelines may compromise your claim.
